Via webOSround.com we have a video from someone who’s gotten their hot little hands all over HP’s upcoming Windows 7 Slate:
It’s just a prototype, and we don’t really know how close it is to release. But, it certainly has some things the iPad doesn’t have including the cameras and expandability we saw earlier in the year.
As a user of a Tablet PC running Windows 7, I have to admit that I’m not at all...

Precentral reports that Sprint has finally matched Verizon and AT&T in reducing the price of the Pre and Pixi. The news comes from an internal Sprint playbook, and is interesting relative to all of the rumors floating around about potential new smartphones coming in the late Fall.
If there’s inventory left when the next smartphone launches, I can see the Pre and Pixi representing low- and no-cost alternatives...
Pretty much every webOS enthusiast is looking forward to improved audio support in webOS 2.0, by way of a microphone API to allow for audio recording and the apps that utilize it. Some folks are also hoping that HP and Palm one day produce devices (perhaps standalone media players) supporting HP’s Beats audio initiative, which provides outstanding audio fidelity in their line of notebooks and desktops.
