Verizon Pixi Plus Users Get webOS 1.4.5

Precentral is reporting that Verizon has released webOS 1.4.5 for Pixi Plus users. Pre Plus users are out of luck, and the update is nowhere to be seen for AT&T users either. Is Verizon Giving Palm Users Free Mobile Hotspot Service?
